便宜VPS网
UCloud 台湾机房是 UCloud 优刻得新增的一个海外机房，机房位置在中国台湾台北，使用的是 ZenLayer 台湾机房，价格比较便宜，目前海外服务器促销假只需要年付 121 元。下面便宜VPS网就评测下 UCloud 台湾机房，包括整体测评、速度测试、延迟、丢包率测试等。
一、整体测评

UCloud 台湾 VPS 的价格还是比较便宜的，新用户优惠价格是年付 121 元起，位于台湾台北，ZenLayer 机房。
测试 IP：128.1.32.164
本文测试机器的配置为 2C4G5M，下面是 bench 的整体测评，100+ 的 IO，上传速度限制峰值带宽，下载速度有 50Mbps 左右：

国内速度还算可以，基本跑满了测试机器的 5Mbps 带宽，下载带宽则是 50Mbps 左右：

虽然台湾机房物理位置并不远，但是 UCloud 台湾机房的延迟还是比较高的，平均 165 毫秒：

电信、移动、联通三网的丢包率还可以接受：
